I'm soooo excited to present today's project! I've been holding out on this for quite a while... not showing Gen and everyone else. That idea was in my head for a long time and I can finally reveal it.
How cute is that?! It's a tea cup entirely made with Sizzix dies! The base is made with the Scallop Circle #2 Bigz Die and the tea cup is made with the Baskets & Blooms Bigz XL Die, with the help of the Wide Oval Punch.
The colors of the Kaleidoscope DSP was dictated by the actual cupcake I bought, hehe. I wanted to have a bigger one but it's the only one I could get my hands on yesterday. So I had to trim down the basket a bit.
And for accents, I made some more of my Glass Flowers with Glassy Glaze Enamel and Whisper White, Yo-Yo Yellow and Green Galore cardstock.
And if I get enough request, I just might add this project to my list of videos to make...
Have a nice stampin' day! CeeCee

I would love to see a video explaining how to recreate this materpiece :)
OH my gosh, I just love this.
I collect vintage teacups, and find
this soooo adorable. Love the flowers you added as accents.
Where did you get the cool cupcake?
Guess I don't get out often!!!LOL
Would love a video for people like
me who are quite "craft-challenged"
when it comes to 3-d items.
Thanks so much. Jennifer
Please make a video of this beautiful tea cup! With May close at hand and soon to be Mother and Daughter Banquets, this would be perfect.
Can't wait for a video tutorial on the tea cup, and one for the flowers too, if not already done. I am off now to search your blog for more flowers,I love them.
Adorable! Me likes.
