Big juicy, glittery dots. I have to admit that I truly struggled to achieve somewhat of a balance on this card and I'm still not a 100% sure about it. But you know, it's humbling sometimes to put yourself out there with a project you're not completely satisfied with.
The starting point was a big felt flower I had in my "pick jar". I also had a whole bunch of punched out circles I was hoarding. So I added glue over the circle shapes and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter... hmmm... the effect was a little subdued. After I glued down my flower and added some bling, I was still not satisfied with it.
Out came the Crystal Effects! This stuff is so awesome. Talk about giving my circles new life! Here's the difference...
On the left, with Crystal Effect, and on the right just with the Dazzling Diamonds... I rest my case!Have a nice stampin' day! CeeCee

The sparkly circles with Crystal Effects look amazing. It really does make a difference! I love that stuff. Too bad it dries so slowly, makes it hard to demo, but I do like using it for my personal projects :)
