Quickie Mini Monday -- Wonderful Mother

Quickie Mini Mondays feature a 10 minute-or-less project -- something fast, fun and easy to reproduce and mass produce.

Hi everyone,

I know I keep repeating myself but when I'm pressed for time I automatically reach for my punches. It saves on time and adds dimension when you layer the punched shapes. That's exactly what i did here.

I went for a monochromatic look and I think it also saves on time. Since Stampin' Up! has announced their new Color Collections, I am looking at my colors in a whole new way. I was never fond of Wild Wasabi when it was part of a previous In Color family. But since I've rearranged my stamp pads according to the new Color Collections, I find myself reaching for this color more often than not. Here, it's paired with Certainly Celery Monochromatic DSP, a Certainly Celery Satin Ribbon, some half-back pearls from the Pretties Kit. The sentiment is from the Well-Scripted Stamp Set, punched out with Designer Label punch, layered with a Certainly Celery 1 3\8" Circle and a Wild Wasabi Scallop Circle.

Have a nice stampin' day! CeeCee
