Whatever Challenge Wednesday with CPS #157

Whatever Challenge Wednesdays features a challenge from the blogosphere, chosen randomly. Here's our pick for this week:

Hi everyone,

This week, we're playing along with the CPS #157 Challenge. Here's the sketch that inspired my card:

As soon as I saw the sketch, I knew I had a perfect vessel for my handmade embellishments.

Those flowers were made with pipe cleaners! My inspiration fcomes from a picture showing a brand new product sold by a major manufacturer. I decided to try my hands at them and after quite a few trials I finally managed to come up with a potent finished product. I'm so proud of my little fuzzy flowers! I made bigger ones which will find their way on another project soon, I'm sure.

The good news is that I just bought a brand new HD camcorder and I'll be putting together a video tutorial on how to make them -- hopefully tonight or tomorrow. So, stay tuned!

Have a nice stampin' day! CeeCee

Love the flower idea. I think it is great when someone uses a basic craft item to create something new

How cute! I love that "cheap" craft items are back in fashion!

Belle carte! Les fleurs on l'air vraiment "fuzzy" ça donne un air rustique et très doux à la carte... Bonne idée les cure-pipes!
