a very pink valentine card for a little girly-girl

Hi everyone,

A Valentine's Day card today for a little 5-year-old princess... all in pinks and glitter and bling.

I used the Petal Card die from Sizzix to cut out the heart and because I didn't care for the DSP's back side (which was showing when folding the 2 bottom flaps), I covered up the two folded flaps with the same pattern as the rest of the heart.

I wanted to make this card interactive so the little girl would have fun with it. The heart pulls out of the heart-shaped pouch to reveal several layers of heart shapes and a white-embossed image from a retired SU stampset.

I added some Diamond Stickles around the heart and I have to admit that it looks a little too "gold" for me. But I couldn't tell until it dried... I'm sure she's still going to like it.

I decided to add some white feather for an even more girly-girl look and a mirrored button decked out with a heart-shaped bling (oops.... it's crooked!)... will fix that... must go to bed and rest.

Have a nice stampin' day !!!
