Sparkly Fun Friday -- glitter flower on a box

Sparkly Fun Fridays features a sparkly or glittery project using shimmer paints, embossing powders, glitters, rhinestones... anything shiny to welcome the weekend in a fun way!!!

Hi everyone,

I was recently commissioned to make 4 magnet bookmarks for the daughter of a friend of mine:

and I thought it would be nice to present those in a box:

I do have quite a selection of boxes of chocolate (hmm, hmm) and I keep them just in case. This was a just-in-case occasion. So I got this one from Godiva chocolates that I covered up with some patterned paper that matches the bookmarks. I had to do a bit of engineering work for the inside and after a few tries, I got it to fit properly. So here are my 4 little bookmarks, all snug in their little beds:

I think it's a nice presentation to give as a gift to someone who reads a lot. The topper was made with Stampin' Up!'s Flower Folds Bigz XL Die for the Big Shot. If you notice, the bottom layer was die-cutted out of the same DSP from the box, but I added Versamark ink all over then some Heat & Stick Powder and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. Instant homemade glitter paper! I did the same for the Pumpkin Pie CS. The sentiment is from SU's Great Friend.

Have nice stampin' day ! CeeCee

Super idée.
It's a gift that keeps on giving! The box in itself is a great gift, combined with bookmarks, it's awesome!

Oh my gosh, l'intérieur de la boîte est donc bien cool! Vous avez toujours des idées que je n'ai vu nul part ailleurs, les filles! :D
