Two 4 Tuesday: Twinkling Butterflies

Two for Tuesday features 2 projects that are similar in either color, theme, layout or embellishment but... with a different twist!

Hi everyone,

Today's project is a far cry from what I had intended to do with these butterflies. But they ended up as cards. The stamp is from Holly Berry House and I'm not even sure the company still exists. I've had it for quite a while.

I colored those in but my Twinkling H2o's. Unfortunately, I wish I knew how to photograph shiny stuff... the photo does not do justice to the butterfly on the right. You can check below for a close-up. The colors I've used are: Blue Grass, Sky Blue, Ocean Wave and Key Lime. Both butterflies are stamped on Stampin' Up!'s Confetti White CS, inked with VersaMark and heat-embossed with a different powder.

The one above embossed with black EP and I've added some clear crystals for more bling. Can you see all that shimmer from the Twinkling H2o's?! I love it!

This one is embossed with this amazing powder I bought years ago and I wish I could remember where I got it from because I'd get some more. It's called Egyptian Gold and I'm assuming it's got some tiny specks of crystals in it. It's stunning in real life.

So, go ahead and re-discover your old stamps and get your colors out!

Have nice stampin' day !
