Quickie Mini Monday -- Dasher Wishes

My project for today is not as quickly as I would have wanted it to be but there's a tip I wanted to share with you so here it goes.

 

I was contemplating adding some glitter to my card but I wanted a little bit more than the antlers on my Dasher. So I decided to create some glittery swirls on the Very Vanilla cardstock with a 2-way glue pen and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.

 

It's pretty simple to achieve. I just free-handed the swirls directly on the cardstock with the Glue Pen. A little bling for Dasher's eye and a cute satin bow completes the card. The bow was done separately and adhered with a Mini Glue Dot; it's simpler than fighting with the aligning the ribbon properly around the card and then make a bow for this same piece... just a little tip to save time.
