Two 4 Tuesday -- Celebrate SSSC71

Hi everyone,

this week's two 4 tuesday was inspired by this sketch from Karen Giron:

I took the exact focal image, the same pack of paper, the same sketch but I changed the shape of the card, one regular 4¼ X 5½ and one 5½ round, here they are:


I first stamped my image in versamark on a sahara sand cardstock and embossed it with white EP , then I brought it to life by coloring it with my stampin' write markers and a little touch of white gel pen.

to add some texture I added pieces of ribbon and I also handstiched the card, it's time consumming but I love the effect so much, to me it's worth the extra time.

I also added a sentiment on a part of modern label, I don't know why I never think about using just a part of a punched shapes more often...need to keep that in mind.
