Sparkly Fun Friday -- Gifty Bella with A Spoon Full of Suger Challenge #133

Sparkly Fun Fridays features a sparkly or glittery project using shimmer paints, embossing powders, glitters, rhinestones... anything shiny to welcome the weekend in a fun way!!!

 

Hi everyone,

It sparkles and it shines and it's Christmas all over here in Montreal! We got a good dump of the white fluff at the beginning of the week and it got me into the spirit of things. And I've decided to play along with A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge #133, which was to make a Christmas card!

Ooooh, lots of sparkly things on here. First of all, the background was dry embossed with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder and my Big Shot -- love the effect. Its different shades of whites I got from the embossed CS really reminds me of patches of snow. The stamp is from Stamping Bella but the name escapes me. I know it's not particularly a Christmas stamp but I made it into one by adding lots of glitter and a little tag that says "merry" from Stampin' Up!'s Tiny Tags stamp set.

Some White Opal Liquid Pearls on the dress, lots of Dazzling Diamonds on the gift and a bling on the tag gives this a very festive look. Oh, and let's not forget the glitter shoes and bows!!! Yeah, I went all out. Here are the markers I've used.
